We know how hard it is to grow your coaching business. Many 'experts' tell you to 'sell, sell, sell' but you want a gentler approach... we understand that.

My Story

I have been a coach for as long as I can remember, so long in fact that it wasn't called coaching in those days. Perhaps we were known as mentors, guides, trainers, leaders... I don't think we put a label on it, we did what we did. We helped those around us develop and grow.


Talking to people has come naturally to me. Perhaps that is because of the nomadic lifestyle I have had. Moving regularly when I was younger due to the military, and later looking for different experiences, I had to engage with strangers regularly.

Perhaps also, it is to do with my approach. We are all human, we are all equal. Some of us have achieved more than others, but fundamentally, we are just people, doing our best in whatever we do.

And finally, it may be to do with my grandmother's words that I still here now and again... "if you don't ask, you don't get". I am ok with rejection because it gives me direction. It can be disappointing of course, but there are so many people doing great things in this world, my list of people to reach out to is never ending.
